Deliveries are made between 7am and 5pm. If you are not at home our drivers will place the material in a convenient location on your property. Should you require the material to be located in a specific location please add this to your order.
In the event that we are unable to access your property due to obstructions such as parked cars on the drive then a wasted journey charge will be made and a further attempt to deliver the material will be made within 24 hours.
Loose logs are transported within a dumpy bag and then tipped out of the bag at the delivery address. Logs are left loose on the ground and bags are removed for re-use.
Barrow bags are left full and complete, within the bag, on delivery (only dumpy bags are emptied and removed post delivery).
